Yep, the equivalent of a nail file is all we have to tackle the thick steel pipes housing the electrics, as you can see.

As you stand on a chair sawing away, you wonder if this is what crooks do whilst in jail, slowly slicing away at the bars on their windows, hoping to see the light. We're hoping to see the light (or any light) in our house, so for that, we're not far removed.
